Build Up the Excitement for Canstruction 2022

Canstruction is back and bigger than ever! RIFA’s annual food drive event, Canstruction, is back for its 17th year! The event, will take place September 29th at 6:00 PM at the Carl Perkins Civic Center. All proceeds benefit RIFA to allow us to provide more meals for our hungry neighbors.. 

The competition combines design and construction abilities as teams create and build large scale structures using only cans of food within a 10’x10’x10’ space. Finished structures will then be judged and have the opportunity to win one of nine prizes, including Best of Show, Structural Ingenuity, Best Use of Labels, and more at our awards ceremony and night of entertainment. 

Teams, families, friends, and members of the community are invited to join us Thursday night, September 29th at 6:00PM at the Carl Perkins Civic Center for the Canstruction event, which is presented by our Title Sponsor, Foundation Bank. The evening will spotlight family-friendly comedian Rik Roberts.
