Turkey Day 5k
Join us this Thanksgiving at the 15th annual Gold’s Gym Turkey Day 5k! As the holiday approaches, make plans with your family and friends to come together for this great event. Thanks to Gold’s generosity, all profits benefit RIFA.
The race begins at 8am with the start and finish line at Gold’s Gym, located on Carriage House Drive, in Jackson, TN. This is a chip-timed, standard 5k and all participants will receive a long-sleeved t-shirt. We encourage you to run, walk, and to most importantly spend time with the ones you are thankful for this holiday. If you are worried about bringing your little ones along, Gold’s Gym will be providing childcare between 8am and 9am.
Last year there were over 800 participants and this year they anticipate to host over 1,000. Click this link to register for only $30. Once registered, you may pick up your race packet at Gold’s Gym at the following times:
Tuesday, November 26, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
Wednesday, November 27, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
Thursday, November 28, 6:30 am to 7:45 am
As the holiday season inches closer, RIFA is so thankful for the donations received from this event. Because of the generosity of our community, we are able to continue to provide the opportunity for a warm meal and safe place for those who need it.
