Meet Deb Utley, RIFA’s Thrift Store Manager! Deb joined the staff in November 2022. Deb works to make sure that the Thrift Store is stocked with quality goods and running efficiently. Her favorite part about working at RIFA is the people. She enjoys her coworkers and the customers and patrons she meets in the store. She views her position at RIFA as an opportunity to serve God.

- Her favorite thing to do is read! Her personal library mainly consists of spiritual offerings from authors like Jeff Kinley, David Jeremiah, and Mark Hitchcock.
- She has a very diverse background in nursing
- Her favorite hymn is "Blessed Assurance"
- She collects Italian rooster pitchers
- Some of her favorite things to do in Jackson are shop at RIFA and visit the West Tennessee Farmers Market
