Meet Lisa Tillman, RIFA’s Executive Director! Lisa began leading RIFA in January of 2009. Her role as Executive Director has her working closely with our Board of Directors, staff, donors, volunteers, and other community leaders. During her tenure, RIFA has focused its mission on the central goal of fighting hunger in Jackson and West Tennessee. In this effort, Lisa has overseen the creation of the Pack the Bus food drive, the beginning of the Bus Stop Cafe ministry, the creation of the Choice Food Pantry, and RIFA's move to and expansion of its current location on Airways Blvd, among many other accomplishments. She is also a member of Tennessee Nonprofit Network’s West Tennessee Community Action Council, where she and her fellow council members serve as champions for nonprofits by offering their expertise to the Tennessee Nonprofit Network, helping the organization better serve nonprofits across the state. Lisa said her favorite part about working at RIFA is "the amazing people I get to work with every day to advance the mission of RIFA to help others in our community."
