Meet Tiny Pilkington, RIFA’s Soup Kitchen Manager! Tiny began working at RIFA in November of 2024. His position as our weekday Soup Kitchen Manager has him cooking breakfast and lunch for our patrons five days a week. Tiny said this is his favorite job he's ever had. "I feel like God has trained me my entire life for this position," he said. "I get to use some aspects of everything I've ever done in life to serve this community and my people."

- He organizes, cooks, and hosts pop-up fine dining events in and around Jackson. His first dinner was a 13 course tasting menu for 21 people
- His favorite verse is Isaiah 58:10, "if you pour yourself out for the hungry and satisfy the desire of the afflicted, then shall your light rise in the darkness and your gloom be as the noonday."
- His favorite musicians are Tyler Childers and Post Malone. The best concerts he's been to were The Black Keys and Post Malone
- He collects spoons and has over 500
