Meet Tommie Brown, the Thrift Store Clerk here at RIFA!
Tommie has worked at RIFA since February last year, and we love having her here! She's passionate about serving the community through her position at the Thrift Store, where she has the opportunity to interact with patrons face to face.
"[My favorite part about working at RIFA] is the people you have the opportunity to meet," Tommie said. "And the mission of RIFA as it strives to meet food insecurity in the community."

- Her favorite movies are Christmas movies, including "Christmas with the Kranks" and "National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation."
- Her favorite restaurant is Rock N Dough in Downtown Jackson!
- She loves to read Christian literature, but she also loves a good "whodunit" novel.
- She collects China, art, and now Christian literature to "build character and soul health."
- She has a new favorite Bible verse several times a week, but right now it is Psalms 42:1: "As a deer pants for flowing streams, so pants my soul for you, O God."
